2. Products

We make every effort to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on device screens.
  • Minor design updates may occur due to supplier improvements.

All products are intended for use under adult supervision.

Some of our products are dropshipping products. That means, we resell products from other stores. The E-Books are completely our own products.

3. Orders

When placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • All information provided is accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed before shipment.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are stated on our Shipping Policy page.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Mavia is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be returned according to instructions provided

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after approval.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

8. Product Safety & Disclaimer

Our products are designed to support parents in daily life.

However:

  • Products must always be used under adult supervision.
  • The fold-out baby bed is not a substitute for certified cribs or permanent sleeping arrangements.
  • Always ensure safe positioning and stable surfaces.

Mavia cannot be held liable for misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavia shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Misuse of products
  • Delays caused by third parties

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
