Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days, depending on destination.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
  • International shipments may require additional customs processing time.

Notice: Shipping of the Mommy Bag may take a bit longer at the moment due to supplier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments.
  • Additional shipping costs may apply for resending orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed:

  1. Please check your tracking link.
  2. Contact your local carrier.
  3. If the issue persists, contact support@maviababy.com.

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
