At Mavia, customer satisfaction and product safety are our priority.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us before returning the item:

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received
For hygiene and safety reasons, baby products that have been used or opened may not be eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return instructions will be provided after contacting us.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact support@maviababy.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the issue.
We will offer:
- A replacement
or - A refund
Depending on the situation.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive confirmation via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products returned without prior contact
